We're currently taking our newly adopted ex-racing rescue greyhound to Joanne for hydrotherapy and we're really happy with how he's improving. Joanne is such a professional, wonderful, caring person and just loves dogs. We're so happy to have found her for our dog, Jakko. Wholeheartedly recommend Aquapaws.

I have enjoyed my visits here, and my furry torpedo enjoys the health swim. The ramps at either end of the pool allow easy entry and exit. Highly recommended.

This place is absolutely awesome! Private dog pool area with the best help and advice for my 9 month old German shepherd pup to get him swimming.. all within minutes! Really fun, relaxing and special place. Thanks for your help the other day, my boy was definitely zombied out after all that swimming. Definitely be back soon!

Very impressed with our first visit to Aquapaws. The lady helping was calm and reassuring whilst giving all her focus to our dog, Tofu. You can tell the care and well-being of the dogs is top priority.
We were surprised with the size of the Dry Off Zone and felt like a safe area for the dogs to unwind and dry was an unexpected bonus.
Our dog isn’t a water lover just yet- but have signed her up for weekly swims in till she is or we decide the water is just not her thing.
Thankyou to the staff for a beautiful service and facility.

I have a high anxiety dog with back leg issues. After the 2nd visit my dog drags me in to jump on her water treadmill and is very happy to be with Jo. Not only is my dog loving being there, she is getting so much more movement in her back legs. Very happy with Aquapaws and Jo's total professionalism and calm environment. Highly recommend

Excellent facility, the team here are amazing and the ability to have access to all areas with our pup is magic he loves the pool and chasing the ball in the off lead area


We the resident Physio and she was fantastic. Very gentle with my dog and really took her time, so I understood exactly what my dog's issues were and so that he wasn't frightened. I believe in force free, fear free techniques for dog handling and Sarah definitely ticked all those boxes. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend their canine wheelchairs highly enough. I bought one for my kelpie Labrador cross who had lost her hind leg mobility at 15 years old. Going for afternoon walks in the wheelchair was one of the highlights of her day and she would get very excited when it was walk time. When I took her for walks everyone in the street or the park would comment on her and she brightened the day of everyone around her. She picked up using the wheelchair very quickly. Aquapaws made it custom to her size and had it shipped to us under 2 weeks which was very reasonable as we live interstate. The wheel chair also felt very robust and sturdy. when Milly passed away aquapaws gave us a partial refund for returning the wheelchair. 5 stars ⭐️ look no further!

Our dog Chloe became a quadraplegic due to an extensive neuritis. She took three months to recover and was treated by Jo for her rehab. Took dixie for her first assisted swim today for her 1st birthday and she had an amazing time. she is worn out and sleeping soundly now. jo was amazing and super friendly and easy to get along with. i can't wait to take her her back again.

Jo is amazing, my girls seem to love her (perhaps it’s the treats they get from her), my girls are extremely cautious around strangers but they warmed to her like someone they knew already. Excellent facilities and a great place to exercise, cannot recommend it highly enough.

I certainly didn't expect Saxon to take so quickly in entering and exiting the pool. In the end he was jumping in to get the ball. Looking forward to working with Jo who was amazing with her knowledge and handling of our dogs well into the future to help Saxon and his hip displaysia.
